A Support Group for Derailing the Trauma Train
Welcome to Cracked Track Parenting, the online community for parents who are rewriting the rules after growing up with none—or worse.
If you’re a parent who didn’t have the best role models growing up, you’ve probably had moments where you felt like you were handed a parenting manual that’s missing entire chapters… or written in another language… or possibly set on fire. Same.
That’s why I created Cracked Track. It’s a place for people like us—cycle breakers, black sheep, family rebels, and survivors—who are raising kind, kickass kids while still doing our own healing work. We talk about the hard stuff, the funny stuff, and the “what the hell am I even doing?” stuff.
This isn’t a place for judgment, shame, or toxic advice. It’s a place for support, humor, and honest conversations about parenting when your own childhood looked more like a cautionary tale than a how-to guide.
What You’ll Find Here:
- Real talk about healing while parenting
- Posts about navigating triggers, tantrums, and teen years
- Support from others who get it
- Resources, reflections, and a few well-placed f-bombs
